General rental terms

These general rental terms apply to all booking requests and rental agreements via vloedlijn10.nl for Vloedlijn 10, Domburg.

Step 1: you submit a booking request via the website — this is not yet a binding agreement. Step 2: the landlord confirms or declines within 2 days by e-mail. The rental agreement is only concluded after written confirmation. The landlord may refuse a request.

The rental price is communicated by e-mail upon confirmation. Payment by bank transfer: 20% deposit within 14 days of confirmation, balance no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation within 48 hours of written confirmation is free of charge. More than 60 days before arrival: 20% of rental price. Between 30 and 60 days: 40%. Less than 30 days: no refund. We recommend cancellation insurance.

The landlord may cancel in case of force majeure, serious property damage or other unforeseen circumstances. In that case any amount paid is fully refunded.

Maximum 10 guests. Check-in Friday from 16:00, check-out Friday before 10:00. No smoking indoors. Pets welcome but not on furniture. No nuisance to neighbours. Proper waste disposal. Parking per local rules. As this is a family park, we do not accept groups where the average age is under 25.

Deposit €250, due before arrival. Part may be withheld for damage. Refund within 7 days after departure if the property is left in good condition.

The landlord is not liable for theft, loss or damage to guest belongings, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Limitations for personal injury or gross negligence do not apply (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:237).

Only persons aged 18 or older may enter into a rental agreement. Requests from minors are not accepted.

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Zeeland–West-Brabant. Parties may voluntarily consult the Geschillencommissie Recreatie.
