Privacy policy

The data controller is the owner of Vloedlijn 10 (private landlord), based in Domburg, Zeeland. Contact us at [email protected].

Via the booking form we collect: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), desired check-in and check-out dates, number of adults, children and dogs, and a free-text message field. We also store your IP address when submitting a request (security and abuse prevention).

Purpose: handling your booking request and communication about a possible rental agreement. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Separate consent is not required for this processing, but you must agree to this privacy policy via the form.

Requests that do not result in a reservation are deleted within 3 months. Data from confirmed reservations is kept for up to 7 years (Dutch tax retention obligation). E-mail correspondence is kept as long as needed for handling the rental.

We do not sell your data. Data is stored in our secure database on a server in the Netherlands/EU. E-mail is sent via Cyso SimpleMailService (processor). We do not share data with cleaning services or booking platforms unless necessary for your reservation and we inform you.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
