- What is the minimum stay?
- The minimum stay is 7 nights (one week). Check-in and check-out are always on a Friday — you check in on Friday from 16:00 and check out the following Friday before 10:00.
- What does a week cost?
- Weekly rates range from €1,500 in low season (January, November, December) to €3,000 in peak season (1 July – 26 August). In early and mid season (February – May, September – October) rates are between €1,800 and €2,100. Certain holiday weeks such as Dutch May holiday and Ascension Day have different rates. All current rates are shown on the booking page.
- What is included in the rental price?
- Beach cabin and bicycles are included in the rental price. Additional costs — end-of-stay cleaning, tourist tax and optional linen — will be communicated after your request.
- How many guests can stay?
- Vloedlijn 10 accommodates a maximum of 10 people. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. As this is a family park, we do not accept groups where the average age is under 25.
- How do I submit a booking request?
- Submit your request via the booking form on our website. Select your desired check-in and check-out dates, fill in your contact details and send the form. The owner will confirm or decline within 2 days by e-mail. The rental agreement is only concluded after written confirmation.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellation within 48 hours of written confirmation is free of charge. More than 60 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price. Between 30 and 60 days: 40%. Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes, pets are welcome at Vloedlijn 10. We do ask that your pet stays off the furniture and does not cause nuisance to neighbours.
- Is there WiFi and parking?
- Yes, the property has WiFi. There is also a private parking space at the house, including an EV charging point for electric vehicles.
